2.      For each instance, we have the following data files:

a.      Demand.txt: The traffic demands between OD pairs

b.      Links.txt: Upstream nodes, downstream nodes, types, capacities and speed limits of links

c.       Links.XML: IDs, traffic volumes, speeds and travel time under UE

d.      Nodes.txt: IDs, x-y coordinates and zones of nodes

e.      Zone.txt: IDs and centroid of zones

f.        UE.txt: Origins, destinations, nodes and volumes of paths

Notes about model parameters:

·         Since the arcs are of equal lengths in grid networks, we assume that the values of parameters fcij are the same for all arcs.

·         For simplicity, we assume that  for each arc   According to consideration number (VI.) in [Chen et al (2016)], this is a valid assumption when the travel speed of the EV is less than 65 mph.
