Format:

1.      The data instances for the balanced cost structure are named Uncap_Benders_1.txt to Uncap_Benders_120.txt.

2.      There are 12 different classes. There are 10 instances under each class.

3.      The Table below gives the number of products, retailers, and collection centers in each class.

  1. The data instances for the unbalanced cost structure are named as follows:

            Facility location cost dominant data: Unbalanced_f_1.txt to Unbalanced_f_20.txt

            Transportation cost dominant data: Unbalanced_t_1.txt to Unbalanced_t_20.txt and

            Processing cost dominant data: Unbalanced_p_1.txt to Unbalanced_p_20.txt.

            The instances 1 to 10 are based on class C11 and instances 11 to 20 are based on class C12.
