Q: How do TAs get access to locked cabinets in a lab?
A: Department Coordinators dispense keys or lock combinations.
   
Q: What should I do if I have run out of print quota printing hand-outs for students?
A: Hand-outs can be made on the copiers by Department Coordinators. Do not use your print quota for this.
   
Q: How do I load software on a lab PC?
A: You don’t. To get software loaded for class use, please ask your professor to e-mail help@lyle.smu.edu at least two (2) weeks before the software is needed to arrange a change in the lab software load. We can only comply when copyright and licensing agreements are in order. No illegal software can be installed on any Lyle School of Engineering computer.
   
Q: How do I get help with my SMU account, Access, Email, WebCT, Blackboard or connecting to the network from the dorm?
