ENCE Department Students at SMU have access to a large variety of activities
and support organizations--all designed to provide a complete and well-rounded
college experience - including:
Mentoring Program
As part of their education, our students are paired with CEO's, business leaders,
professional engineers, EPA directors, or corporate attorneys in a mentoring
program designed to propel students into promising careers after graduation
from SMU. The program mentors are drawn from the membership of the ENCE
Advisory
Board.
This is an alternating school and work program that enables students to gain
valuable work experience with some of the leading companies in the Metroplex.

A number of campus societies are available to ENCE students. These societies
provide leadership opportunities, networking with professionals from outside
SMU, and camaraderie with fellow students.
