Lynn
Dugle
Lynn Dugle is vice president, Engineering, Technology
and Quality for Network Centric Systems. In this role, she is responsible
for the strategic direction, leadership and the operations of the
engineering, technology and quality functions throughout NCS. She
also chairs Raytheon Company's Software Engineering Council. Raytheon
NCS develops and produces mission solutions for networking, command
and control, battlespace awareness, and air traffic management with
2004 sales of $3.1 billion and 11,500 employees.
Before joining Raytheon in April 2004, Dugle held
a wide range of challenging officer-level positions with ADC Telecommunications.
She was the vice president of Product for the Software Division
with responsibility for product strategy, portfolio analysis and
pricing, and product development headquartered in Australia, vice
president and general manager of Corporate Business Analysis and
Divestitures, and the general manager of the Cable Systems Division,
a $250 million-plus business.
While headquartered in Australia, Dugle was responsible
for leading teams in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Previous
international experience included managing design and production
facilities in Austria and Argentina.
Prior to joining ADC, Dugle had more than 15 years
experience within the defense and commercial telecommunications
industry and held a variety of positions with increased levels of
responsibility. She joined Texas Instruments in 1982 and served
as the vice president of Quality for the Defense Systems and Electronics
Group, general manager of the Telecom Systems Division, and she
held positions within manufacturing engineering, operations, supplier
management, quality, financial analysis, strategic planning and
productivity programs.
Dugle’s community and professional affiliations
include the University of Texas at Dallas Advisory Board, and prior
board of director positions with the Collin County Red Cross, Collin
County March of Dimes, the United Way Board of Directors for the
Dallas metropolitan area, and served as the Chairman of the Board
for the Collin County Rape Crisis Center. She is a member of the
Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Program
Management Institute.
She holds two degrees from Purdue University, a bachelor’s
of science degree in technical management, and a bachelor's of arts
in Spanish, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
