Dick Barr's Office Location
My office is 319 Science Information Center (SIC), located near the intersection
of University Boulevard and Ownby Drive. (Official street address:
6425 Ownby Drive, Dallas, TX 75205.)
- The SIC is south and west of the point where (one-way east) University Boulevard
dead-ends into Ownby (at the new Dedman Science Building).
- Parking: There is visitor parking north and east of that same intersection,
and a small amount of on-street public parking nearby.
- Parking: is also available at the new multi-story parking garage at Daniel and
Airline, which can only be entered by turning south on Airline from Daniel. (With construction, many of these streets may be temporarily closed.)

- The SIC is a three-story brick and glass building with the
Science-Engineering library on the first two floors.
- You enter the SIC via the large outside stairway
on the NW corner of the building.
- The EMIS office is in SIC 356, directly ahead upon entering the building.
- To locate room 319, take the first hallway on your right, at the end of
that hall take a left; SIC 319 is a few doors down on your left.
