I am a currently working as a Research
Scientist in the Nanoscale
Electro-Thermal
Sciences Lab at Southern Methodist
University.
Research: The main goal of my
research work is to advance the understanding in regards to the
thermal behavior of modern microelectronic devices. Specifically, I am
focusing on using experimental, numerical and analytical tools to
improve the design of to-be-built devices, and to test the thermal
behavior of existing devices.
My
