Optoelectronic Packaging Laboratory

The Optoelectronic Packaging Laboratory is equipped with a die-attach, ultra and thermo sonic wedge and ball bonders, a vacuum thermal evaporator system, and a various high precision laser-chip mounting fixtures for edge and surface emitting lasers.
